We’re giving one person the incredible opportunity to work from home and join our team as an Email Marketing Writer.

Why are we hiring?

As our brands have grown significantly, we're now looking to employ a writer who has an interest in writing emails that help us to connect with our loyal customers & grow our sales.

You have the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week, with flexible hours depending on your requirements. Please note: You will be working as a consultant for us and will not be directly employed, so you will be responsible for paying your own taxes.

The ideal person will be able to work full-time, have excellent email marketing experience and be fluent in spoken and written English.

What does this role involve?

You'll join our marketing team, where you'll lead the way in creating copy that will work alongside our visual collateral. Your role will include researching industry-related topics and writing content for our email marketing.

This role involves having a good understanding of sales and excellent conversational English so that you'll be able to convert readers to customers. You should also have a good design eye to pull together imagery that suits the message of the email.

 

What you'll be doing:

• Writing email campaigns and pulling them together in Klaviyo along with relevant imagery.

• Analysing and measuring each email campaign and flows effectiveness using AB testing where needed.

• Creating a content strategy and plan, including identifying gaps in our content and recommending new topics.

• Working with our marketing & design team to create on-brand messaging.

• Ensuring all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).

 

Our ideal candidate would tick the following boxes, but we're open to employing someone who is looking to learn as well.

• Experience using Klayvio or a similar email marketing platform.

• Has the ability to implement email strategies & assess their success.

• Has a good design eye and has experience using Canva or Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.

• Has a basic understanding of HTML.

• Has exceptional written & conversational English.

• Loves to self-learn through reading & watching tutorials.

• Understands the Australian or US culture.

• Has a quiet space to work from without interruption & fast reliable internet.

• Enjoys goal setting & is driven by feedback.

• Has the ability to work with a growing team & communicate their ideas effectively.

If you get hired, you will be given a consistent number of hours every week, usually 40, which are paid weekly. You will also get double pay for the month of December as is the Filipino tradition.

We have an established team in the Philippines who are incredibly supportive and are great to work with. They all work from home and get together where possible throughout the year.
